You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgriTech Solutions, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

If informal resolution fails within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation. Any mediation proceedings shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom, and both parties shall share mediation costs equally.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) in accordance with their Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator in London, United Kingdom. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the cost of the arbitrator shall be shared equally.
AgriTech Solutions may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in harmful or illegal conduct.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. AgriTech Solutions may, in its sole discretion, delete your account data 60 days after termination. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by logging into your account settings and selecting "Delete Account" or by sending a written request to [email protected]. Upon termination by you, you will retain a copy of your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
